We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to the need to cancel or reschedule your vacation plans. To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our clients and to manage our scheduling effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Full Refund (100%)

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled session, you will be eligible for a full refund. Your payment will be refunded in its entirety, no questions asked.

2. No Refund (0%)

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours from the scheduled excursion you will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is in place to compensate our guides for their time and commitment to your excursion.
